How do I use them ??
Shortly after posting, I hit the point where you get the Mega Ring. It is right after Flanery.
If you have a mega ring press start or select on a move, the mega symbol should turn rainbow. Then your pokémon mega evolves.

Its not clear how to use the Mega Stones. It does it activate when held, nor does it do anything when used on the pokemon. Generally you need a mega band (or whatever its called) but i haven’t ran into anyone who gives you one.
Your rival gives it to you after beating Flanery (the gym leader in Lavaridge town). I still don’t know how to use it though.

How about rayquaza stone pls.
Mega Rayquaza?
Rayquaza can’t even learn dragon ascent, and no tutor available, the mascot of Emerald the one that can’t even turned to Mega by the player, on top of that npc’s can Teralize while the player can’t.
