If you’re using an older version and can’t find certain NPCs, it means they weren’t added yet. Please update your game or stop searching for those NPCs in the old version.
- Oldale Town
- Old man that gives you early game Egg, inside the Poke Center
- Petalburg City
- Fisherman that gives Old Rod, near pond north of the Poke Center
- Rustboro City
- Cut master who gives HM01 Cut after 1st Badge is obtained, house right the west of the Poke Center
- Devon Corp. President, top floor of Devon Building, give Evolution Stones after delivering the letter to Steven in Granite Cave
- Devon Scientists who give you Fusion items post game, Devon Building 2nd floor
- Dewford Town
- Guy that gives access to the move relearner functionality for level-up moves: house directly north of Mr. Briney’s dock
- Slateport City
- Move Deleter, house in the northwest part of the city
- Route 103
- Fisherman that gives Good Rod, North of Slateport then West of the Trick House
- Mauville City
- Guy that gives Rock Smash, Stat Editor, Hidden Power type changer, and IV Perfecter: all same house as Rock Smash Dude
- Route 113
- Man that used to give Soot Sack now give Scope Lens, house far to the west on the route
- Fallarbor Town
- Guy that gives starter eggs in exchange for shards, house in the middle-north of town
- Lavaridge Town
- Woman that gives mid-game eggs in exchange for yellow shards, outside of the Poke Center near the sand
- Lilycove City
- Guy that gives access to the move relearner functionality for egg moves: house directly east of the department store
- Guy that gives Memory Items for Silvally, house furthest east on the cliff”

- Old womain in former Shard Collector’s gives several form-changing Key Items (Rotom Catalog, Reveal Glass, Gracidea, Prison Bottle)
- MossDeep City
- Guy that gives super rod in Upper right house
- Shoal Cave
- Old woman on the lower floors who can summon a Paradox or Ultra Beast of the player’s choosing
- Pacifidlog Town
- Guy that gives Drive Items for Genesect, house furthest east on the cliff
- Sootopolis City
- NPCs that give form-changing items for Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Zacian, Zamazenta in houses on the east side of the city
- Mt. Pyre
- Old woman who gives you the Red and Blue Orb for Primal Groudon/Kyogre, at the top of the outside after the events in Sootopolis
- Evergrande City (before Victory Road)
- Guy that gives Zygarde Cube to change Zygarde Forms, in Poke Center
- Victory Road
- Old woman on the lower floors who can summon a Paradox or Ultra Beast of the player’s choosing

Just started and having a great time but having to wait until getting to Dewford to re-learn moves is really tough when the 2nd Nurse Joy that boosts your pokemon to lvl cap skips all level up moves.

You don’t need a stone for mega raquaza, having a rayquaza is enough, just press start before choosing to attack in battle and he’ll mega evolve like any other pokemon
